exploded to over 180 transactions, for a total sales revenue
of over $26 million – a record for any Realtor
in Medford, OR. In a matter of merely twelve months, she had increased
her total number of transactions by 360%, focusing almost exclusively
on FSBO’s and Expireds.
From that point forward, Sheila decided to open her own office,
and for the past seven years she has continued to break
